Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only considered if an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographic evidence. All resolutions are determined at the sole discretion of Pali Pals Plush.

Donations
