Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods or special releases, processing times may take slightly longer. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
  • Shipping timeframes vary by location and the method selected at checkout.
  • Orders within the United States generally arrive within 2–7 business days after processing.
  • International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs procedures.
  • Once an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee changes to the shipping method or delivery address.

International Orders

  • International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If customs fees are refused and a package is returned or discarded, any eligible refund will exclude original shipping costs.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for tracking updates to become available after the carrier receives the package.

Delays & Lost Packages

Pali Pals is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities. If a package appears delayed or lost, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. Our team is always happy to assist where possible.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and limited production runs, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
