Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. During high-volume periods, launches, or holidays, processing and shipping times may take longer.
In the rare event that your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please email us immediately at team@palipalsplush.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review it promptly and work to resolve it.
Orders

If you notice an address error, email us immediately at team@palipalsplush.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update it. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
